My lifelong challenges with health issues has been a constant source of inspiration for my journey to becoming a nutritionist. Enduring the challenges of poor health firsthand, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the role of nutrition in our well-being. This personal struggle has fueled my determination to not only overcome my own health issues but also to empower others to lead healthier, more vibrant lives through proper nutrition.

My Approach

My approach is comprehensive and holistic, taking into account all aspects of your well-being – physical, emotional and mental.
I firmly believe that the most effective diet is the one that fits you best, respecting your unique preferences. I’m not here to impose my opinions or make you uncomfortable with drastic changes. Instead, I draw inspiration from your current lifestyle, aiming to enhance it rather than completely overhaul your nutrition and approach. By focusing on gradual and sustainable upgrades, we create a plan that aligns with your needs and goals, while maintaining a positive relationship with food and your body.

Feminine health support (excluding specific medical conditions like PCOS or thyroid issues)
