4. Payment Made Easy

Making payments for our services is designed to be simple and flexible. Here’s how it works:
Initial Assessment: Upon booking your first assessment, 100% payment will be collected. This payment covers the initial evaluation and consultation.
Program Enrollment: Following the assessment, if you decide to enroll in one of our programs (unless previously arranged), full payment must be made before the program’s commencement.
Adjustments for Long-Term Conditions: In the event of long-term illness or injury, we understand the need for flexibility. If necessary, the start date of your program can be postponed to a mutually agreed-upon date. However, please note that no refunds will be issued for payments already made.
We aim to ensure a seamless experience for you while maintaining the quality and integrity of our services. If you have any questions or require further clarification regarding payment arrangements, please feel free to reach out to us
